Rental Policy:
- Peace of Mind Commitment: Clients can return the device within 3 days from the date of purchase if they are not satisfied with the service. We will provide a full refund to the client (after deducting the shipping fee and bank transfer fee).
- Customers are responsible for the proper care and usage of the rented devices. In the event of any damage caused by improper use or unrelated reasons other than technical faults, customers will be held responsible, and the deposit (if any) will not be refunded.
- Once customer decides to end the rental period, customer needs to send the device back to Go Japan via Chakubarai, and Go Japan will cover the shipping fee. In case the customer has a deposit and fails to return the device within 3 days after the service is permanently disconnected, the deposit will not be refunded. This policy is in place to ensure fairness and the return of equipment once the service is no longer being used.
- Please note that the returned device needs to be in good working and physical condition to receive a full refund of your deposit.
Deposit Refund Procedure:
- After you decide to end the rental period, please send the device back to Go Japan via Chakubarai within 3 days after the service is permanently disconnected.
- Once we receive the device, we will check the device condition to decide whether it meets the criteria for a deposit refund.
- After confirming, please send us your bank details for us to refund.
