Payment Details:

• Payment Period: 18th – 24th of the month.
• Temporary Disconnection: 25th of the month (If unpaid)
• Late Payment Period: 25th – 1 (one) day before the cancellation date
• Last Day of Payment: 1 (one) day before the cancellation date
• Cancellation Date: Last business day of the month
• Billing Cycle: 25th to 24th of the month (Advance Payment)
• Data reset: First day of the month
• Reconnection Period: For late payment, reconnection will be 1-2 working days after payment
