One-Time Payment Extension

One-Time Payment 12 Months SIMs or Pocket Wi-fi can be extended to another 12 Months.

For extension, please contact us and finish the extension procedure before the 5th of last usage month.

Procedure:

  • Contact us here to request for one-time payment extension
  • Provide your SIM / Pocket wi-fi details
  • Pay the amount via Bank Transfer / Smartpit (payment by Smartpit will cost extra ¥150)
  • Send your proof of payment
  • After confirming your payment, your One-Time Payment 12 Months SIM or Pocket Wi-fi will be available to use for another 12 Months. We will inform you the new usage period after extension.
