Talk Sim Upgrade / Downgrade Policy

Docomo Talk Sim can be upgraded/downgraded from the initial plan to another data plan available on the month after.

Terms and Conditions:

  • Only applicable for Docomo Talk Sim
  • Softbank Talk Sim is not applicable for upgrade/downgrade
  • New data plan will be available to use on the 1st of the next month
  • Upgrade / Downgrade fee: ¥1,100
  • Since we’re using an Advance Payment method, the total fee calculation will be: New data plan monthly fee + upgrade/downgrade fee + extra text & calls if any (¥150 smartpit charge may be applicable)

Procedure:

  • Contact us here to request for talk sim data upgrade/downgrade
  • Provide your SIM details and your desired payment method (Bank Transfer / Smartpit)
  • We will input your request and update the Smartpit amount (if necessary)
  • Pay the amount
  • Send your proof of payment
  • Regardless of the time you requested the plan change, the new data plan will only be available on the 1st of the next month. Please also note that if payment is not made, your request will not be approved.
