Each device can add a maximum of 5 eSIMs at the same time. If you already have 5 and want to add a new one, you will need to delete an old one
Once an eSIM is added to the phone, it cannot be transferred to another phone
Go Japan does not offer refunds or exchanges for cases where eSIM cannot be used due to the users’s device not supporting eSIM.
